The Apps for Good Showcase is a chance to celebrate student creativity and tech innovation, inspiring and encouraging young people to pursue careers in tech and take action on the things they care about most.
There's no need to delay - you can now enter your amazing app ideas for our 2026 Showcase! All the information you need to enter is below, as well as a timeline of the key dates for your diary.

2026 Showcase timeline
There's no need to wait - early bird entries are welcome from December 2025!
The deadline for entries to be submitted to Showcase is Friday 24th April 2026. You can find our full Terms & Conditions here.
Finalists will be informed on Monday 11th May 2026 and announced publicly on Monday 15th June 2026 when voting for the People's Choice Award will open.
Judge's Favourites and People's Choice Awards will be announced on Wednesday 24th June 2026.

The OVO Foundation are supporting the Climate Changers category this year. They'll be spotlighting innovative ideas that use technology to tackle climate change and sustainability.
Ethical Innovators
EPAM are backing the Ethical Innovators category this year. It will present the best ideas for tech products that promote fairness, integrity, and a positive impact on society.
Future Founders
This category is powered by our brilliant Apps for Good community, all cheering on the next generation of social entrepreneurs. These future changemakers are putting equity and access front and center.
Resilient Solutions
BNY is supporting the Resilient Solutions category this year, celebrating smart, adaptable ideas, including AI tools, that could empower people, communities, or systems to thrive in the face of overwhelming challenges.

Teacher of the Year 2025
Our 2025 Teacher of the Year Award goes to Kamona Karim from Putteridge High School.
Volunteer of the Year 2025
This year our Volunteer of the Year award goes to Duncan Brannan, Partner and Lead Designer at Treehouse Innovation.
School of the Year 2025
This year our School of the Year award goes to West Bromwich Collegiate Academy.
Apps for Good Champion 2025
Our 2025 Apps for Good Champion is Bob Schukai, Chief Information Officer at PNC Bank.
