What is your product and who is it for?

Our product is for children who suffer from autism, aged 8-13. You have your own personal login, then there is a platform where you can communicate with users of the same friend/family groups (not a general chat room). It also provides access to other supporting links or videos to relieve general stress.

What inspired your idea, and why is it important to you?

We have family members who have autism as a condition, and we thought this app would help to support them in their everyday lives. This is why autism is close to our hearts.

How does your product solve the problem?

Our app brings family and friend groups together so that the individual knows that someone is there and it makes them feel included in society.

Why should your product win its category and why should people vote for you in the People’s Choice Award?

We believe our app will make a difference to those that use it in their day-to-day lives. Giving them an activity to look forward to and knowing that there is someone there for them when they open/use the app.
